CueSport Billiard Academy

As a ranked 4, I wanted to improve my game. Signed up for 5 days with K.J. and just finished yesterday. We worked on everything. Bridge, stance, alignment, where to hold the butt depending on the length of the bridge, arm position, elbow position, core stroke, English, aiming, break shots, banks and more. I left with a great need for practice and a huge understand on how all the things I just mentioned are important. I also have some physical limitations due to my age and he was able to work within those issues to make my game better. With practice, I expect to get better and be more competive. Great experience.

I recently took a lesson from K.J. with the Billiard Academy, and it exceeded my expectations. Over the years, I have taken lessons from six top instructors, and each had focused on a different element of the game. K.J. pointed out things in my game that no one else had. We worked on the basics, my stroke, position play, and the break. His approach was easy to understand and well thought out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had the privilege of doing a 5 day course with KJ. I'm not a young person so I went in rather skeptical of what would stick after almost 60 years of self taught bad habits. KJ was very easy to talk with, he listens and then gives a measured, valuable response...pretty sure he's seen or heard so much from me and my fellow students that the answers are there before I'm done asking but again, no rushed, shoot from the hip replies. The lessons are deep and go well past the pocketing of balls. Please don't hesitate to contact KJ if you are looking to improve your game.

I went to KJ with a very open mind and learning attitude. Not only did he deliver a great learning opportunity, we also started a friendship. He completely changed my fundamentals, granted it took me some time to change my ways, but he never once got angry with my simple mistakes. He was always professional and knowledgeable with his teaching methods. He never tried to skip over any of his lessons. I would gladly go back to learn more from him. I left with the feeling of having a great new friend as well! He also got me a great deal on a new cue, being a dealer. 5 out of 5 with the whole process!!

I had an experience that I've never had before 3 days of nothing but training learning more than I ever have before. KJ was very knowledgeable on the game the 3-day training I would suggest anybody wanting to learn more about the cue stick and a cue ball this is the man for you to talk to. This academy has been around a long time there are other trainers that don't even teach with this man contage I'm not going to mention no names but you know who you are I thoroughly enjoyed myself I'm ready for 3 more days so I can get certified in doing the same thing he is training the game why it should be way it.
